ncaa really SHOULD go that route. You clearly violated ncaa rules and we warned you.
fact that you had a legal reprieve does not excuse the fact you chose to violate.
a TRO does NOT mean your rule ceases to be your rule. only that you cant ENFORCE it at this time.
