According to this Hogs fan.

quote:

What's pitiful is the teams we are loosing to have about 3 to 4 thousand at their home games and we can put 10,00 at ours and still can't compete.

They care more about their attendance than the actual team I think.

They've come back down to earth.

They are not a very good team...4th in the SEC West is about right for them.

We hit the harder part of our schedule?

It's not like we're bad. We still have a winning record in the best division in the best conference in America.

i actually agree.. if Arkansas is the 5th or 6th best team in the SEC, with what they have done in their OOC schedule, that bodes pretty well for the SEC in regional play..

What happened to Arkansas...

We can't hit that well and it finally came back to haunt us. We weren't expected to perform at the level we did early in the season. It seems like we dropped back down to the about where we were predicted to be in the pre-season.

Could you never compare us to A&M again?

Thanks.

You're right. We shouldn't disrespect Texas A&M like that. What a slap in the face.

We are just settling right where we were expected to be.

Earlier in the season, we were winning with a little bit of grit/luck. We were winning those close 1-run/2-run games. Now the ball is falling the other way and we are losing the close ones.

a lot of ark fans wanted very much to believe that their program was at a level above where it actually is. Many here tried to explain that they would likely come down to earth.

Thevtruth is that ark was playing over their heads. Their talent is pretty average for the sec.

The funny Arkansas fans keep pointing out their high Rpi. But it's obvious to anyone paying attention that ark would not fare well if they had to play that early schedule again.

The bottom line is that the early wins were an anomoly. And. Ark's team us marginally talented and it's program is well behind the leaders of the sec.

Woah there, buddy.

It's not like we have been getting blown out in these game. They have been 1-2 run games almost every damn game. Like another poster said, the ball just hasn't been falling our way as of late.

Hell, we outscored you in our series.
