I actually pulled for Arky and kinda considered them my 2nd fab team until I started lurking here about 5 years ago. The Arky fans act like LSU and Arky are in the same level and there was one thread in particular in 08 where 5-6 Arky fans were saying something like, who would want LSU's program success and that it wasn't great. This after we had just won a title, our 2nd in 4 years, and 3 rd sec west title.

I remember when Tennessee was a powerhouse (I'm 23) The "prestige" isn't there like it used to be with Tennessee and recruits.
It won't be "back" like it was. There is no way.

LSU fans.
LSU could probably have as many, or more championships than anyone in the country. But many times, their fans, being a lot like their team, miss the mark. Problem is, they're usually so busy measuring themselves up to Alabama and being so captivated by Alabama that they just fail to see that there are other teams around who can possibly beat them, and many times will.
On the other hand, Arkansas fans will usually admit that they don't have the same level of talent as many other other teams, especially LSU and Alabama.
LSU could probably have as many, or more championships than anyone in the country. But many times, their fans, being a lot like their team, miss the mark. Couldnt be more wrong. We don't measure ourselves to Bama or is LSU captivated by Bama. We've dominated the series since 2000 and since 2000 LSU has one less sec title as Bama has since 1982. You just think LSU is captivated by Bama, because Arky is captivated by Bama.

I think Arkansas fans restored order on this point a long time ago.
It is an ongoing conflict with the Arkansas fans on this board. They absolutely have to flame and put forth false bravado at all times. So, any knowledgeable fans they may have look stupid all the time because Arkansas's team can't cash the check their flaming fans write with their mouths.
