Can I make a Charles Whitman joke or is it too soon?

There's a 45-40 reference to be made for that comment.

To me, I don't think UA for any of them, but the states name. MSU is MS. OSU is OH, Tech is VA Tech, UT is TN, and never think of UI. Indiana is IU. On this board USC is Carolina, but elsewhere means CA.
Eta: UM is Memphis.
Eta2: MSU used to be Memphis State.

You keep using that word. I do not think that word means what you think it means.

But if not for help from Tennesseans, TX may not be a state.

Apparently there are a lot of stupid people in tornado alley. Indiana is IU. That's not even debatable.

Most people across the US & the world recognize Alabama as "Bama", a unique nickname.

You still do not understand exactly what bankrupt means.

UA = University of Gump Maggots
UM = One of the two irrelevant universities from Mississippi
UT = Aggy's daddy
ODU = Haha, we beat those losers to win a national championship

Where I'm from in Virginia, USC never meant anything but South Cackalacky.
