Don't know if you're joking or genuinely asking but in case you aren't joking, UGA is University of Georgia. The A itself doesn't stand for anything. GA is the postal abbreviation for Georgia just like AL for Alabama, CA for California, KY for Kentucky, etc. So U is for University and GA is Georgia.
