It looks like the NCAA will be asking Oregon and other schools (which includes essentially all of them) who pay recruiting companies to gather game tapes to actually show what these companies provided them in exchange for the money. The reason Oregon is being singled out for suspicion is that these services typically charge around 5,000 a season to film an area. Oregon paid 25k and the payment was not made until a few days after Seastrunk committed. If Oregon can only show where this guy did a minimal amount of real work for them, then a 25k "fee" for that work is going to be an infraction.
