You never seem to be able to attack the points he makes, but you always take offense to people calling out the religion of trump, so you once again prove his point.

It's far worse than a lack of objectivity coach. There are a couple of jaybirds in this thread whose hatred of the president has caused them to salivate over their wild arse projections and anticipation of everyone gonna get it except them. Cause they so wise. Then a half million or a million or some other goofy number of people gone die! Right here in America this year.
It's new, it's novel with no vaccine and little to zero immunity so yes it is more contagious and will infect more than a few folks. But all this dying is nonsense. Most corona viruses thrive under cold, dry climates and hate daylight. Guess what, the days are getting longer, April showers and an early spring with temps in the low 80's are here for parts of the south and it's not even mid March. I would surmise the worst will be over in 30 days and we'll have an effective vaccine before next season. But given that we cannot wipe the regular flu out it is another pitfall for human beings and will mostly affect the elderly and people who don't take care of themselves.

No, it's literally not.

This one is doing pretty well in hot, humid climates.

What stupid claims? Pics of fat preppers? You didn’t find jest in that? Are you that thick? Cut and paste my posts in here, smart guy, and let everyone decide who’s the rational one.
Better yet-here’s a link to the entire thread for anyone that wants to wade through more of your fear mongering: OT Thread

Some cases in hot climates, but all outbreak areas are within same temperature and humidity ranges.

the religion of trump

You folks just can't help yourselves. I've certainly addressed his points, the hand the administration has been dealt, and how tirelessly everyone has been working to combat the problem. You people go into this with a predisposed determination that the administration is at the bottom of all the problems the coronavirus has created. You're biased, and want to blame EVERYTHING pertaining to the virus on Trump!. It's the same thing y'all have been doing for over 3 years. Again, it's so bad that y'all can't make a post without denigrating the guy. Your bias literally jumps off the screen!

No one is blaming everything pertaining to the virus on Trump.
He did fail to take this seriously for weeks, and now this country will suffer consequences for that.

You continue to prove the point. You are so emotionally invested into trump, and the rivalry of the 2 party system, that you can’t objectively discuss this subject. The mere mention of trump makes lose focus on the discussion and you fly off the deep end.

I don’t think you addressed this post in any way because it was criticism of trump. I efen quoted the 3rd one, and you avoided it:
quote:
pandemic preparation A) Scaling up diagnostic testing, which means start the mass-manufacture of the testing kits B) Preparing hospitals, medical staff, etc. for the oncoming pandemic C) crafting informative, ACCURATE public health messages D) working with state-level authorities to make sure everyone was on the same page, or at least ready to jump on the same page once that page was fleshed out

quote:Again, do you seriously believe that he didn't listen to the doctors and scientists of the CDC about how to approach this problem? Any fair-minded person would realize that the man conferred with the professionals he had within the govt. to learn what he should do. What fool wouldn't confer with an expert on something he/she had NO knowledge of?

Now I'll ask YOU....do you seriously believe that the President didn't follow the direction of the doctors and scientists at the CDC on what to do?....REALLY??

He literally didn't.
Go do some reading and look at quotes of his when this thing started. His VP was running around trying to handle the Washington and cruise situations while Trump was repeatedly saying that the severity of the virus was a hoax. Trump has even upset Republican politicians over his handling of this virus. You just have to accept that botched it.
Also, since you are a such a Trump fan, you should know that it is well known that he doesn't take a lot of advice from his cabinet and appointees - for better or for worse.

He is listening to them now it seems like. It is a well known fact that he didn't in the beginning and Trump is very well known for not listening to his own team. (There are numerous reports on this subject)
You are delusional if you are ignoring everything that has happened up until his declaration of emergency.
Even recently it took the white house doctor a while to convince Trump to get tested despite being in contact with multiple confirmed infected individuals.
None of this really matters right now; we just need to focus on getting through it as a country.
When the dust settles, questions will be answered and I have a feeling that the answers will not be good for Trump.

What he was publicly saying to begin with was meant to calm the public anxiety. If you're trying to convince folks that Trump went against the recommendations of the majority of the CDC experts, then you better bring something more solid than some Wolf Blitzer out-of-context sound bites to the discussion.

...then why don't you just wait until that happens, instead going all "dim" on everybody and screaming and accusing before that time.....then waiting for CNN,MSNBC, or the networks to come in and attempt to clean the mess up?

If you honestly believe trump was using the term "hoax" to calm people rather than pass the buck then there is no point in arguing with you.
Here's some articles on the subject I found in 5 minutes of googling, so it's very clear you are being willfully ignorant. Trump's tweets are a lot more telling, but I know you already follow him on twitter.

Oh, and this last one is an opinion piece from a Republican:
