One of best friends is an Ag, and he has similar feelings about the Corps. Why does such a small percentage of the student body warrant this kind of attention?

Like I said, it came about from a petty punitive decision by a retired Marine 2-star and the VP of student affairs who saw the chance to implement something the three previous commandants of cadets blocked.
