Are you really comparing Hurricane Katrina to what happened in South Carolina?

I think you need to step away from the computer for a bit. You are getting way to worked up over this. The decision will be made by the appropriate people when it is time. Not by LSU fans. Not by South Carolina fans. there's no sense in even arguing with people about it. Remember, it doesnt matter where this game is played. It could be in your stadium, it could be held in a parking lot in Omaha, Nebraska, only one thing is certain, The BUGA is coming for you, and there is No Escape. So be upset that you're going to get throttled this weekend, none of the other points really matter.

When the state has to bring in over 3k guardsman i think it is kinda.. You don't pull cops, firefighters , and people helping with real issues for a ball game of any kind..

Just laughing at all the LSU fans that think they know more than Ray Tanner

keep repeating this line as if it means anything. ray tanner isn't going to make a statement until it's absolutely final, regardless of what the reality of the inevitable decision may be. no one is saying they know more than ray tanner, jesus christ. this is a discussion forum. we are discussing things.

Game is going to be moved to Tiger Stadium at noon. Tickets will be honored at Tiger Stadium but you'll be able to call ahead to have them put back into the market and get a refund. LSU will try to fill Tiger Stadium with the remaining 20k seats and the money generated from that will be donated to USCe. LSU will play at South Carolina in 2020(?) I believe.

Just saying.

Was this an attempt at a real sentence, or did you just slap your keyboard until something came out?

Pretty obvious the game won't be played in Columbia. BR is by far the best alternative site logistically

i have not argued with you at all. only stated that you seem to have a stage four case of butthurt. If i were you, id be worried for my health. I dont know if you can make it much longer with such a serious case, you may require surgery.

I know you want us to wish ill will on the people of SC. I get that. You want a reason to hate LSU fans. I'll do my best to not rub your nose in your own shite once the site is moved. But I can't promise anything when Fournette buttfricks your "defense".

Well you and CNB are showing an incredible amount of anger and flat out stupidity in some of the things you've said. We know you guys are in a rough situation, but you two are on another level right now.

You do realize that Baton Rouge wasn't really hit that badly by Katrina's storms, right? Of course you knew that.

The problem with holding the game in BR (as t will be for Columbia) is that the infrastructure of the city was stressed--trying to host a sporting event where thousands will come in from out of the city, and heard of tens of thousands in and out of a single place isn't an ideal situation.

take the infrastructure issues that were present in Baton Rouge after Katrina, and add to it historic flooding and rainfall Columbia just had.

Could two teams of 85 players go and play WBS on Saturday? absolutely. but you're ignoring the other 99% of what it takes to host a game--thousands of workers in the stadium, hundreds to thousands needed outside the stadium, port-o-johns needed on campus that will likely be needed in areas without running water and emergency cleanup crews, hotel accommodations for visitors when citizens are already taking up space because their homes are flooded.

Not sure why you are so mad. If Columbia can pull off a game, great for Yall, and it will probably be a relief for the fans and citizens. But it's ignorant to think that because the weather is fine and the field is dry, that the game won't be moved. Seems like that's the main point from LSU fans that is getting lost in translation.

The wave of all-knowing LSU fans are still here calling the lone 2 USC fans defensive . Impressive how important it is to them to let you know that they know more than you.... "Trust us, we know the drill, we've done this before" . As if south Louisiana makes all decisions quickly.
