Some of you guys calling for meteorites should check yourselves. Every team in Omaha has a great story this season. A&M and AU picked to finish next to last and last respectively preseason. A&M takes care of business to get to OU. I can easily pull for Ole Miss, as basically the last team in to go all the way. I can easily pull for Arky, who eliminated us in style and finished out such a high drama game tonight to force MOAR SEC baseball tomorrow. AU won our 1st game in Omaha since 1997 and unfortunately, the SEC had three teams in that side of the bracket, and Ole Miss and Arky are still fricking battling. frick OU. The SEC continues to make a statement. Pick your sport.

ETA - and all us have done it, win or lose, with class. frick Tenner

And another great storyline is that both Arky and Ole Miss were unseeded and with AU, in the same bracket. It sucks that two of us had / have to lose.

And, being from Alabama who is constantly battling Mississippi for title of worst...whatever...state in the USA, for UM to win this natty and MSU to win last year, then hats off to Ole Miss, especially as last team in, and great for the state of Mississippi. Have two different teams from the same state ever won back to back Natties in baseball? Honest question. Bama and AU have done it in football. Basketball? I'm 52 and my memory is going, but this is deep south, Heart of Dixie sports shitting on the rest of the country (and VOLOLOLLLLLLLS), IMO. I know you may not hear it much, but good job reppin' the SEC, the South, and especially, the State of Mississippi. Let's go Rebs and Hogs! I will definitely be tuning in and cheering for both teams and a great game. Something called sportsmanship and respect, I think.

It's a great time to be in the SEC. May well win all 3 of big 3 in same year next year.

The other conferences should really invest in alternative sports.

D1 Baseball Preseason Rankings; got 5 of the CWS.

1. Texas
2. Arkansas
5. Ole Miss
6. Stanford
13 Notre Dame

Arkansas, Ole Miss & Texas had similar paths to the CWS; High expectations, mid season swoon that almost left them out of the tournament, and got hot to end the season.

OU, A&M & Auburn coming out of nowhere to the spot light.

Baseball; lifts your spirit and breaks your heart.

Yeah, Ole Miss and Arkansas are finally living up to their preseason billing. Took all season to get there, but making for a great semifinal.

Bump for our teams in Omaha. Great games all around, congrats to everyone who showed up and repped. What a memorable and exciting series, for our teams, fans, kids. And tenner.

Now Ole Miss, finish this shite out, make us all proud. You definitely deserve it. Nothing personal, but screw OU. Personal - frick tennerlinslinslins.

Congrats to Ole Miss: from last in to championship series. I remember the series with A&M, 2nd game, when Ole Miss wins big and stays in the conversation to get a post season nod. That’s the team I see playing today. Good job.

AU - Arky - You played tough. what a great scene watching all the SEC colors in every corner of the stadium. Your two games gave the nation a glimpse of what SEC conference play is all about. Felt like I was watching a heavyweight boxing match.

LSU fans - good to see you show up to the stadium. Not trolling, you guys are party animals and know baseball.

to all babyTellos. Show more class next time. You’re embarrassing the conference.

Texas fans - we beat you in Austin and beat you in Omaha. Ouch. stop crying already, times are different now, just get used to it. Bunch of karens. You ain’t SEC.

hey OU fans, GFY. You ain’t SEC.

Go Rebels!

SEC! SEC! SEC!

Real classy. I think most OU fans have been rather easy on the Ags even though our baseball team just dragged their nuts across your face TWICE and sent you home.

Arkansas has lived up before. It’s my Rebs that haven’t until now. Great 3 games between both schools. On a side note it’s time to open the scholarships for these kids. They earn their scholarships. This shite needs to change.

NIL will affect baseball more than football. Baseball is rising, football is consolidating.

Between NIL and a reduced MLB draft, plus the transfer portal, SEC Baseball will offer the same opportunity for players to reach the majors.

SEC baseball will be lit for decades to come. Add Texas and OU in ‘25, and it will rival MLB ratings in the south (where baseball following is strong but no MLB dominates the airwaves like it does in the northeast).

Can I say go Braves? Those guys are putting on a show all around these past 15-20 games. I have not been then this excited about baseeball in the Southeast until 10r showed their asses. So, thank you VOVLVOLLLLLLLLLLLLLS.

LFG Ole Miss! Seriously, rooting for ya'll Had Arky won, same thing. "America's sport" and college / pro, we should all stick that in our back pocket. Football? Yeah, that is covered. Hoops? Pretty much covered. Baseball?? Yep... college and pros. Atlanta is wrecking shite. It is so fun to rediscover college and pro baseball.
