What a pathetic thread. Clutch those pearls and feign shock and dismay, you little bitches. UGA ain’t going anywhere.

Nailed it. Despite their hopes, this is more likely to be 3peat fuel than the opposite

Thus far there is no information suggesting that went to a bar with players. The allegation is that they left the bar with players and drove a vehicle which was rented by the UGA AD.
I will bet, right now, that when everything that we can know is known we will find that the employees had use of the rental vehicle as part of their job duties which included providing rides to athletes when needed. I will also bet that it is not uncommon and was well known to UGA and the AD that this was done and often at 2 AM or later. I will also bet it is not exclusive to UGA and happens in every town which is home to a major college AD. If it ain't it ought to be. I will further bet that the driver had, in past, indicated mature behavior and excercised sound judgement which would was perceived as an acceptable level of risk to UGA to allow use of a company vehicle. It may well be that the use of the vehicle to take players to town was also well known by the AD and overlooked....if so that is problematic but it is not being reported and probably never will be no matter if true or not. These are the upside of speculation....the downside is that the employee used poor judgement in this instance, that she had displayed such bad judgement in the past and it was overlooked or even worse behavior on the part of some or everyone in the AD and with the University. .
I hear what you're saying. I also finally watched the video of the the staffers and players leaving the club. The part that caught my attention was the staffer and one of the players walking down the street holding hands, arm in arm. Now there is nothing illegal or immoral about that. They are two consenting adults. What they do on their own time is their own business. But I also think it blows a big hole in the story you are trying to tell here.

Makes this even more tragic, a young couple in love gone

I don’t get it. The laughing emoji about 2 deaths?

It was the in love part, you know that.
Quit being so obtuse. I was just trying to lighten the mood of this thread.

I don’t find love or death to be humorous.

Trying to claim Kirby is running a dirty program because of this freak tragedy is sick, and makes you look ever more pathetic than you are when you run from a football discussion like you did again yesterday.
Oh well, we won’t stick our heads into the sand about it, and pretend you are any better than pathetic and jealous. This uga back to back was not good for your soul.

Nobody is saying he is, but atleast see how this plays out. Your AD is trying to get ahead of the investigation by saying they were not on school businesses but if the school provided the car and or the funds for the strip club adventure then someone needs to be head accountable. To ignore the questions is just folly.

We all know how a football discussion with you will play out:
1. You make a stupid claim.
2. Facts prove you wrong.
3. You run away, only to repeat same Stupid claim a week later.
This just isn’t likely to turn into something that is gonna take Kirby down, which is what you so badly want this to be. If anything, it’s only going to strength his resolve, and that is not good for people like you.

Young people died in a wreck after going to a bar.
Has this ever happened anywhere before?

Of course, but what if it happened in a rental car? Well, that’s somehow a game changer according to the most desperate of uga haters.

My stupid claim: we need to know if the school provided the car/s and/or funds.
That’s it, that’s all I’m asking. Because it the car or funds were provided by UGA then someone needs to be held accountable.

2. Facts prove you wrong
Why are you so scared of finding the answers here? They kinda matter. If the car/s and/or funds were provided to the student and/or AD employee then they need to be dealt with.

I never run away, I get bored talking to an empty headed idiot (you) and repeating myself when you are incapable of thought.

If you spend part of your salary on kiddy porn, should the employer who pays you be held accountable? If they pay for your rental car while you're on a business trip and you drive drunk, should they be held accountable?
It's not as simple as you want to make it.

I mean, if we're honest about this, I think most UGA fans would not be quite so flippant if this same story occurred at Florida, UT, Auburn or Alabama.

If you google "Vicarious Liability in Georgia" the AD's statement makes perfect sense.

Let's handle the cases of football programs handing out money in McDonalds bags before we go condemning two kids out on the town who were killed in a horrible accident, shall we.
