I'll put it this way, if LSU would have taken that kid from UT who sexually assaulted his cousin with a plunger I would have vomited. Grabbing a chicks arse, getting in fights, cheating, etc., are all offenses not severe enough to warrant skipping a second chance on it with the major caveat that the player must do what Mett did, come out and publicly apologize and make the effort to change. He hasn't been in trouble since. And fwiw, after the RP fiasco I know Miles wouldn't take a chance on bad character so I knew that Mett was changed.

First of all, the kid didn't sexually assault his cousin with a plunger. He was 13 when the incident happened. Read the court documents. Daniel Hood is the kid's name. He's paid the price and never gotten into trouble since then. His presence and participation in the event is bad enough. I wouldn't defend him much other than to say he's been good since then. I am sure this will haunt him forever and he feels bad about it. Christmas at his house has to be tense.

That must be a false twitter account. Here is a link to Justin's real page. It's not in his timeline and I looked at it several times today and never saw it, so it's unlikely he did it and removed it.
