the ncaa has already been to lsu regarding this issue. that's why javonte was cleared to play. alleva has been working with them and then wade gets reinstated which suggests that lsu is in compliance. i know that doesn't fit the rant narrative.

Alleva doesn't seem to believe Wade or want him around the program. LSU fans may not like him for that, but it's the smart thing. Having Wade back at LSU is not best for LSU. It could backfire, bigly.

Yes, it might backfire into more SEC Championships, etc. Mizzou cooperated with the NCAA and got hammered. Might as well ride with Wade at this point. What's done is done. The NCAA was in on the meeting with Wade and LSU did suspend him for the most important part of the season, so it's not like they didn't do anything.
