Using the FEI ELS metric.
Strength of schedule ratings represent the number of losses a team two standard deviations above average would expect to have against the schedule of opponents.
Listed in order by overall rank, expected losses to the right.
#1 Arkansas - 1.45
#2 Alabama - 1.40
#4 Kentucky - 1.33
#5 Miss St - 1.23
#6 Oklahoma - 1.20
#8 Texas - 1.15
#11 Vanderbilt - 1.10
#12 Florida - 1.10
#14 Auburn - 1.09
#18 Tennessee - 0.95
#23 South Carolina - 0.85
#26 Ole Miss - 0.82
#28 Georgia - 0.79
#33 Texas A&M - 0.76
#34 LSU - 0.75
#37 Missouri 0.69
Other notables:
#15 Ohio St - 1.01
#19 Indiana - 0.95
#20 BYU - 0.91
#49 Notre Dame - 0.50
#54 UCLA - 0.48
#66 Miami - 0.35
#87 Texas Tech - 0.23
#106 Utah - 0.13
Lots of extra notables due to the SEC dropping multiple teams out of the AP Top10 this week, and few teams bumped up their schedule strengths like BYU playuing ND and Ohio St and Indiana playing each other. But overall the majority of "contenders" have much weaker schedules than the weakest SEC.

When you suck, every team is a hard game.

You are pretty much #1 or in the top5 every year for as long as I can remember during the regular season.

When you are the best team in the conference you typically don't have the hardest schedule, because you're the team making everyone else's schedule hard and you can't play yourself.
When you are the worst team...

The only good thing about the schedule for this year is that Arkansas doesn't play Missouri the last game of the year.
That favors Missouri as they have an easier schedule and Arkansas had already quit.
