Great parity this year, the top 8 is essentially a pickem! Probably worth mentioning Texas A&M is in the 26th slot. If LSU is overrated, they will soon be exposed as they have a very tough next 3 games.

My opinion, there are some really good matchups this week. Maybe the best week for SEC of the year?

Updated OP games image to show Market lines. The model and Vegas just fundamentally disagree on the Ole Miss-Georgia game. We shall see.

hey, it's this dumbass again.

"it"s not a ranking, it's a rating".
"it's what a team would hypothetically be favored against some average team"

So florida gets absolutely bludgeoned by UGA, bama doesn't play, OSU loses to an unranked team, and Miami barely escapes by the skin of their teeth and yet floridas "RATING" improves while UGA's decreases, and is still behind the others I jsut mentioned.

OP putting his formula together:

The Florida/Georgia game doesn't live in a vacuum in relation to the power ratings.

South Carolina, Missouri, Ole Miss, and Texas all rose - Florida played all of them and beat most of them. Between Florida losing to Georgia and those 4 teams winning - Florida gets net +0.3 points.

Same thing with Georgia, they didn't budge because Auburn, Arkansas, and Oklahoma all got their shite pushed in. Also, Western Kentucky continues to suck.

I understand this is very difficult for you to wrap your head around. Basic Math and logic is hard... you'll get there.
