It is going thru the eye recycling phase. The winds generally do decrease during these phases but they also usually (but not always, of course) increase again afterwards. What worries me is that the pressure barely changed with this recycling so an increase in winds appears more likely than not.

you mean.. like just about every other game that got cancelled besides the LSU-Florida game?

This has been the LSU agenda...you all fail to acknowledge that the game closest to Gainesville was rescheduled for another weekend. This is what UF wants also. The FSU/Miami game is still on because it was always going North of Miami. The South Carolina game is still on...for now. There is a good chance that the game will not be played Saturday.

By all accounts LSU has bent over backwards to get this game played this weekend at Florida, at LSU, or at a neutral site.

Now that it looks like Gainesville is going to just get rained on a tiny bit Florida looks ridiculous. The decision could have easily been made at midnight tonight instead of noon today.

Except for the UF agenda

Not sure where you are getting this news.

The SEC office kept pushing the decision back today and you people were freaking out on why they were stalling.

Oh, well by all means. Let's do whatever we can to do whatever that happens to be. I am sure we have a shared bye week like the other game you mentioned.

Oh, we don't? Oh well then of course we'll cancel a home game for UF. After all, it's whatever UF wants. We don't want to be unfair to the UF season ticket holders when there is a perfectly good group of LSU season ticket holders to frick over.

I have said repeatedly that Gainesville would be fine.

You would be better served to ask Alleva why he bitched out.

Why wasn't he able to negotiate a scenario to play since it's clear to LSU fans that UF was against playing because we are pussies, scared, etc.

From my perspective Alleva is the one you guys need to melt over. He got owned apparently.

It's funny how y'all are trying to spin this now. Alleva put it out there that he basically offered you every option under the sun and Foley played up the safety card.

You are too stupid to insult at this point. Enjoy being the pussies of college football for the foreseeable future.

The LSU argument that UF was scared ends with the decision that Foley just face fricked LSU and the SEC.

That's impressive.

I have thoroughly enjoyed the display of feelings the past two days. It's been a great distraction from the hurricane.

I'd charter the plane and get the kids Saturday morning. UF will still pussy out but literally beat on their goddamn door.

This is it ^^^ have it right in the parking lot and start Fournette as QB. Then afterwards Coach O vs Coach Mcelforfeit can have a ladder match for all th marbles.

I don't believe for a second you enjoy being the laughing stock of football. I know I wouldn't.

Even faking disappointment at the decision could have spared the fans, if not the university itself. But yall couldn't hide your relief. Good times.

The SC-GA game has been set for Sunday at 2:30 on SEC network. Hopefully that big arse storm moves on out into the ocean, that way nobody gets hurt or loses any possessions. Lord knows the east coast has been hit enough with storms.

Not all of them, but I'm glad you are safe from both Matthew and LSU. Based on this board the last few days, it was clear which one frightened you more.

Huh?

Nope. TV is not on at all and I generally do not watch TWC. I studied meteorology for a short time and am an avid "weather nerd." I've traveled to hurricanes when others were getting the hell out to study them and have chased tornados in the midwest, again to study them. Slight adrenaline junky, as well. Simple as that.

Was terrified by one and then realized the other was more bark than bite.
