I can see two straight years at the Sugar being a letdown.
This is one reason I hate the bowl lockups sometimes. Players/fans might like to go to Tempe or Miami for a change- JMO. As a Tiger fan I wouldn't want LSU doing NOLA two years in a row unless one is a NC game
mixing it up is good sometimes

There is no shame in losing to a great Fla team, which may happen, but this season is not a waste 12 -0 two consecutive yrs hasnot been done in a while in the sec. Would you rather go back to the post Stallings pre Saban era

This I agree with. It wouldn't be a letdown if we lost because we'd still be going to a BCS bowl but I do wish they'd switch it up. It's always gonna be either the NCG or the Sugar for the SEC unless they do away with bowl tie-ins.

not really, a BCS bowl is a win win situation imo. sure, the media will make a big deal out of it (win or lose) but who cares.

same Bama has Orange Bowl history, same with LSU. Tigers never been to Fiesta, I'd like that. Think Bama played there sometime back vs the Ville.
Love the Sugar, don't get me wrong but the "events" surrounding the bowls for the players are pretty much the same every year. Kinda boring from that standpoint

These types are pretty sad, but i would be too if my "loaded" team with "elite athletes across the board" underachieved tremendously.

This makes me laugh. For most of this decade all we heard from Bama fans is we are Bama and we are ALL about championships. In fact dumbass gumps made fun of AU incessantly while we were busy beating there arse and winning or tying for the West, winning the SECCG in 2004, and being undefeated. It was "Bama wins national championships and AU will not measure up because AU fans like to take pride in beating our arse, winning the West, and winning the SECCG". We are Bama and if we do not win the National Title, the season is a failure. I heard this shite over and over. In fact, I am sure I could go back to the beginning of my post history in 2007 and pull at least a dozen threads with gumps saying a season is a failure for Bama if they do not win the NC.
