Y'all got the Sugar Bowl atleast. Probably will be taken away but still.
Was getting the death penalty worth still not winning the SEC since slavery?
Thoughts? Sorantable?
Gfy

Depends on how we bounce back, but answer now is YES.
We'll see what the NCAA does to us, but beating Bama at the Vaught in 2014 was a very memorable experience.

Jesus rebels are just embarrassing

So one regular season win is worth something that will likely set your program back a decade? Wow

You are the Ole Miss Bears!!!!

It's not as funny when you don't call them the black bears.

Wow this proves just how bad of a program Ole Miss has been historically. All this embarrassment and many many future horrible seasons for one good (not great) season.

You guys suck. The grove is fckng lame. Your sports are at best decent year to year. And your academics are pathetic. Why would anyone go to undergrad there. Does ole piss even have graduate programs. Back to the cellar a@@holes.

Not true.
When you just say bears, it's even more funny

I'm sorry, but I'm just at the feeling of it was all a big FU pointed right in our face. They walk away with hefty pockets and now we sit here wondering if PeeWee Herman would be a better choice. And if we get at least one win over the school for the blind and deaf.

Depending on what sanctions the NCAA metes out against OM, being set back by only a decade is a pipe dream.
It's been 30 years for SMU.
Thirty years.
There's a reason it's called the death penalty.

No team will ever get the death penalty again

That's been a popular refrain for decades now.
I used to buy it; I don't anymore.
But regardless of whether they actually face a cancelled season, certain sanctions can be just as damaging.

You're as dumb as Henry Jones Jr is.

Life is about experiences, and Bama 2014 is one that I will have vivid memories of for a long time. The whole day was pretty amazing

Death penalty would punish the entire conference...longer bowl ban and scholarship reductions would hurt only Ole Miss.

At least you'll have that one night to comfort you through the next decade of irrelevance. Enjoy it.

Ole Miss will do anything to win their first national title but they failed miserably.
