I am still very impressed at girls throwing underhand so accurate and fast. I have heard it is more natural than overhand but I don't see how that windup is natural.

Because of the drag foot the pitch is void it you go outside the circle. With the momentum of the pitch I would be outside the front of the circle every time.

Eddie Feigner was clocked at 105 mph underhand with a softball in a game, fastest baseball pitch clocked was 104 i think, and since the underhand delivery is the more natural delivery he could pitch everyday.
