that he was the undisputed master of the transfer portal and how he can gell guys so quickly. I think that's not only accurate, but it reeks of being a great NFL coach and GM. I've always thought that Kiff's greatest attribute was putting together a great staff. Again, another attribute of a great NFL coach.
I think the time is right for him to dip his wick in the NFL again. He could immediately erase all of this negativity, and I really think he could put Belichick to shame given the chance.

He would fail miserably again, but the melt of the swamp rats would be delicious.
Do it.
Do it.

LSU isn’t getting booted out of this conference.
But the super league/NCAA secession is on the horizon and this is a great way to end up in the minors when it does

For most coaches, that's generally how it would work- you start somewhere like a FAU work your way up to an UM or LSU and find some success and then move on to the NFL and, if you're good enough and the stars align correctly, finally get your dream shot at the University of Alabama.
However, Kiffin is never going to be the HC at Alabama. So, I'm not sure what his next step may be.
He could probably stay at LSU and have a successful run in the Sunbelt and take the jump from there to the NFL as an Assistant and maybe work his way up to being an SEC Coach, someday.
We'll see. He'll need to win at least 2 Sunbelt Championships, first, though.

Absolutely nothing.
But it might have something to do with keeping them in.
