Of course every game was a joke. You only beat 3 teams with a winning record. The sec was down last year. The weekend of Nov. 19 at one point Florida was losing to Furhnam, Auburn was losing To Sampson and South Car was losing to Citadel. Now they all won but Furhnam had 21 point lead at one point. Also Auburn giving up the most yards ever by an SEC teams to Clemson. Arky( our third best team) barely and I mean barely beat ole miss. La tech destroyed ole mis at ole miss. Arky also struggle to bet Vandy. Auburn needed an onside kick to beat Utah state. The sec was down last year. UGA got destroyed by Boise St.

college football as a whole was down. OSU sneaked by an over rated big 12. It was Alabama and LSU then everyone else last year.
Oklahoma State's schedule wasn't some gauntlet like you make it out to be.

And if OSU had to play Bama's schedule, they would have had at least 3 losses. Let's compare schedules and you tell me your honest to god opinion of which one you would rather face. If you say OSU then you are 100% completely full of shite.

Bama was the best team. They ha the best defense I've ever seen in college football but once they lost on Nov.5th and LSU went undefeated and other CONFERENCE champs had one loss, Bama Gould t have been in there. Do you know how livid sec fans would be had a one loss sec champ been left out for another team with a worse resume? shite would be unreal. Both games I would've bet on Bama. LSU was really young and Bama had us at BDS

I have dealt with it. I was over the game on jan 10. Me stating my opinion doesn't mean I'm not over it. Am I supposed to come on here and lie? BEFORE jan9th BAMA DID NOT DESERVE to be in that game. Period. And the rest of the country besides Espn driven voters agree with me.

I think you're right about FSU but there are plenty of LSU fans who probably think a rematch was unfair to the team who won the first time around.
I'm not a big fan of rematches because they devalue the first result - sometimes they are unavoidable. In 96 it would have been better if Arizona and FSU played each other in a championship game - but obviously the Rose Bowl screwed that up and left FSU with a rematch against Florida.

That is totally not true. All polls I saw at the time showed Bama as the overwhelming favorite for the title game. Actually, I think only the state of Oklahama and Lousiana had the edge for OSU.

Just like everyone knew Miami would beat Bama in 92? Just like everyone knew Bama would destroy Utah in 08? Just like everyone knew Ohio st would destroy Florida in 06? Get real. If Bama comes out and plays like they did against Tenn or GSU they could be beat. Y'all weren't undefeated last year. Hell why didn't Bama play for the title in 2010. Y'all wouldve been favorites over everyone. Bama somehow gave away games but y'all were te best team. Why don't you play for it in 2010?

FWIW I think Bama was a better team than Ok State but come on now. The only team on Bama's schedule that Ok State wouldn't have beaten (at least in the regular season) was LSU. Ok State beat four teams with 10+ wins including Stanford, OU, Baylor, and KSU. Bama beat 9 win PSU and 11 win Arkansas in the regular season.

Bruh shut up. Our 3rd best team struggled to beat ole miss. An ole miss team la tech destroyed at home. I know arky finished ranked high so you don't want to agree that te sec was down, but it was. Period. Our throw best team barely beat ole kiss and Vandy and our EAST champion got destroyed by Boise st in their state.

lol I think it is hilarious all y'all say is 21-0 and deal with it. Did we ever figure out why Saban voted ok state 4th?? If yall deserved to be in the game so much why would he feel the need to vote them 4th?
