3-0 vs. LSU in LF's time.

Three CFPs
Three SEC titles
One national title.
One Heisman winner at LF's position.

Fournette never came close sniffing 100 yards in a game vs. Bama.

We owned Fournette and his pro career was lackluster.

When Saban was recruiting Julio Saban told Julio we'd win a natty with him or without him. Julio has told that story many times.

Well in LF's defense, Les wasn't known for have a creative offense and the toss-dive will only get you so far. But i'm sure you expected LF to be able to run for 1ooyds without any blocking what so ever.

I'm just trying to wrap my head around what Leonard thought this story was going to show.

That Saban was stupid and didn't know how to recruit?
I mean, if you're gonna tell it, just laugh and say he was right.

Leonard has a Super Bowl ring. The ultimate prize in all of football. Queen Henry will never have one.

He was drafted too high, but 4 seasons with over a 1000 yards from scrimmage is certainly a good career.

Team sport and Leonards reaction is exactly the type of attitude you hope to weed out with such a comment.

Henry will be in the HOF. I'd take that over a super bowl ring any day.

That’s why you never won anything of significance and why Leonard will ALWAYS be known as a Super Bowl Champion.

Everyone knows the HOF is more important than a super bowl win (where you did nothing).

HOF is tops.

Henry may also be the leading rusher in NFL history as well as a few other categories when he retires.

Each comes with it's set of benefits. I think both players on some level "won".

Fournette has a superbowl ring he can show his kids and grandkids.

Henry will be able tell his kids and grandkids he's in the football hall of fame as one of the best running backs ever.

If you had to pick to between the two, is there really a bad option? LOL!

A college national championship ring is much more rare for college players than a super bowl ring for pro players.

And that is a statistical fact.

There are 7 super bowl rings among the 2 people in your image, and 0 national championships.

However, one of them in the picture did manage to beat Alabama in their career.

It's a damn shame that season didn't count.

Poor Playoff Lenny.

I suppose Billy Cannon was pure crap then since he lost his only trip to the Super Bowl. Such a child, Lil Will.

I've never seen a running back obliterate overmatched opponents the way Fournette did, I'll grant him that. And that's no dig at him - he made teams like Auburn and A&M look like peewee footballers trying to tackle him. His problem was that when he ran into the rare team that could match his physicality and athleticism, he had no answer.

I never realized he had a SB ring, so you are utterly wrong. I know him as sorry as hell against Bama. That he actually earned.

Well, you don’t know anything about the HOF or SB rings, so I’m unsure why you felt like any of us gave a shite about your opinion.

BTW, Saban’s recruiting approach was fine but it was more about the under the table money.

Sounds like sour grapes.

I’m sure owners of Super Bowl rings consider it one of their most important possessions.

If they didn’t, why do you see them wear them on tv every chance they get?
