So are you saying Jay Cutler is a better QB than Burrow? In 4 years, Cutler managed to throw for about 100 yards more than Burrow did in 2. Maybe not, his percentage was 57%.
What's the criteria? If it's purely stat based, then Peyton, Tebow, and Cam don't belong up there either.
