VOLS Sr. PG Lamonte Turner to have season ending shoulder surgery

VOLS are in big trouble now. Only player on the roster who can handle the ball. Plays 40 minutes a game against any team with a pulse.
VOLS have a 4* international PG enrolling next week but he was expected to redshirt.
Would be shocking if Tennessee can even make the tourney now.

Literally do not have a PG on the roster and their resume isn’t exactly sparkling right now with him.

He was preseason 1st Team All SEC and Tennessee’s leading scorer in tournament play last season.

They will be a bottom 6 team in the league without him. They haven’t even been able to get in to their offense when he isn’t on the floor.
If Vescovi isn’t ready to play they don’t have a PG on the roster. Josiah will be a turnover machine if he is the primary ball handler.

Nope, Barnes is a damn good coach and has been through the wars....UT will still be a tough out

The league is awful but this Tennessee team is just as bad as those bottom teams without Turner. Their team offensive efficiency ratings without Turner are Vandy level.

JJJ is gonna have to step up but Barnes still has the bodies to get them to play solid defense which should be enough for them to be middle-pack

We were a bubble team with everyone healthy and playing well.
I know none of you watch VOLS but this team will be winning maybe 6 games in conference play.
