Why do y'all do this to yourselves every single year?

Tennessee only had 4.2 yards per rush last night against Ball St.... I would be surprised if they run well against Pitt. Pitt has a good pass D so it's strength on strength vs Tennessee.

Pitt is overrated and I would guess Tennessee wins the game, but the matchup seems decent for Pitt.

Based on their game last night against WVU, will you be saying you can beat a team with a crappy defense?

We played extremely vanilla last night and still had over 200 yards rushing.

Pitt just played an emotional roller coaster in their biggest game lastnight. They’re celebrating like the won the Super Bowl and UT is coming in after having knocked some rust off.

Naa, they have a full 9 days to recover. That Pitt D looked good and UT should be very concerned.

Can someone from the Fark Board change this to UT?

We had zero issues against their defense last year. Their offense looks sloppy and out of sync.

I don't just expect a win on the road against a returning P5 conference champ. I expected a win by three tds or more in a huge statement game before Florida.

You are an idiot. But idiots have pretty much made The SEC rant what it is. Carry on.

Then what the hell happened to LSU last year.
McNeese State -34-7 lol
Central Michigan - scored 21 points on your starters.
ULM - 27-14
UCLA - Lost to the sissy blue shirts.
Kansas State - lost 42-20 lol.

Only Cupcake you didn’t struggle with was Central Michigan but still gave up 21 points.

2021 LSU? That's what you want to compare this year's Tennessee team to?

Okay.

The stats don’t tell the story. You look at the over all number of 4.2 yards per carry. But you do realize UT didn’t play the starters for most of the 2nd half right? Also you do realize that 9 players had at least 1 carry? Let’s take a look at what the 2 deep did in rushing.

Wright- 13 for 88yds for 6.8 yds a carry
Small - 13 for 63yds for 4.8 yds a carry

Shurler - 1 carry/sack for -18yds
Jackson - 1 carry/sack for - 0 yds

As you see Jackson and Shuler alone impacted the rushing yards average by getting sacked. We played backs and QB’s that will not play next week. Had 9 players get carries, had 4 QB’s that played and attempted passes.

Statement game against a team that should have lost to a West Virginia team that isn't expected to make a bowl? Pretty low standards...

Crunchy too dumb to realize they scored most of those points bc of idiotic 4th down attempts by Ball State.

Vols are looking impressive.

I’m more worried about playing them than anyone else in our schedule and even whoever wins the west in the SECCG, if we get there.

Another dumbass Arky post.

Actually i was most impressed by that. Our improved 3rd and long and 4th and short stoppages on defense. Your argument is retarded. Defensively, we played a damn good game and the offense would score from anywhere on the field. Even Milton drove down on them twice.

We played extremely vanilla on both sides last night and coasted to 60 points nearly with almost half the game using backup our QBs and lots of new faces last night.

So you should have no issues with Pittsburgh.
ZERO.

Pittsburgh lost their NFL QB and WR and looked very suspect defensively.

If we don't win by at least two or three TDs, I'd be shocked.
