Tennessee hasn't had a good QB since Tyler Bray. That offense was actually pretty talented. I think like 10 of 11 starters made the NFL. The defense was historically bad though.

I don't remember if it was Wilcox or Sunseri, but they were over their heads. I think it was Sunseri.

Tennessee has been arse on offense ever since.

Not true at all. Dobbs was a good quarterback, and they had some decent offensive showings in '15 and '16.
