all i am doing is watering down my once proud PSU degree 
it was either stay in state college for the fall of 2010 and come here in the spring or take a semester at the finest of Georgia's institutions and settle in Athens. i chose the latter and my dad's check book was much obliged

applied to UNC, Vandy, Wiscy, Oregon, PSU, Bama, Clemson, UGA, Maryland, and Texas, no yech. for transfer it was just UGA, was thinking UNC and Texas but Texas said it wasn't likely and i figured just go on home to UGA

frick no, i applied to Vandy because my dad knew a dude on the board and was convinced i'd at least get far. i got to the last round of no's but obviously i got a big fat no. from Texas and UNC too and Wisconsin i applied past the deadline. UNC and Texas were my goal reach schools with UGA and PSU being my primary targets and clemson my decent safety school. maryland was too kinda but i had no desire to go there or oregon or alabama.

I should have applied to more schools for the hell of it. I only applied to UGA, GT, and Emory.

well you were guranteed entry into those from the sounds of it so you spared yourself a lot of time applying everywhere. i was convinced i wanted to do something knew and UGA would essentially be 13th grade so i decided on PSU. i wasn't even going to apply to all those schools. i applied to UGA, Texas, UNC, Vandy, and Bama but when all my buddies got their acceptances from GSU, AU, and Bama i began to panic because all my schools hadn't responded yet aside from Alabama and i was damned if i was going to go friggin alabama. so i went into meltdown mode and applied to Oregon, Maryland, PSU and Wisconsin.
in retrospect i would have only applied to UNC, Vandy, Texas, UGA, PSU, Clemson and then get my wisconsin app in on time and add Kentucky as my safety. i like it there way better and i wouldn't have to give up being a UGA fan. all those apps though took forever. like i mean for-friggin-ever. Vandy and Texas make you write a damn novel

Got into Vandy, and almost went because i didn't want to write the essays to get into UGA. Glad i did now though. Wouldn't trade those 4 years for anything

Georgia's essays were fricking stupid. Idk what he is saying though, when i applied to Vandy i wrote like 7 pages

UGA wasn't in state, so it's not like it was cheap.

DGD I should clarify. I applied to Vandy and Early action at UGA but got deferred...which meant i had already written the Vandy essays, but at UGA, you only had to write essays for the regular decision...which i had to do because i got deferred. Got into Vandy but got deferred from UGA. Crazy huh

all the girls i know there are trolls, granted i know only like 8 people there, but i have never seen much out of that. but i mean you'd know better than me, i never go down to the bad place except for braves and falcons games or an occasional frolic to buckhead or midtown
if we can go to the SECCG and or go to the Chic Fil A bowl UGA could just set up camp in the A and we could just tear that bad boy down
