FSU and South Alabama had a really good, heated rivalry going back in the 70’s.

I picked Texas over Arkansas in my D1 baseball bracket. Vandy’s bullpen has just been so inconsistent this season.

For some reason, Ohio State basketball came to Mobile to the play the Jags in the Mobile Coliseum. All-American Clark Kellogg was on the team. Good game but seems like OSU pulled away at the end. 80 or 81, maybe?

I don’t know man. Anything can happen once you get to Omaha. I’ve seen some really good teams go full retard and some mediocre teams play out of their minds and win it.

Took a few classes there many years ago. Eddie Stankey was still the coach and actually sat through a couple of games while there. Was working too, so didn't have the opportunity to watch many.

That's where I went to undergrad - I'm pulling for them if LSU gets knocked out. Lot of people don't realize how many good players came through Mobile.

Freese was committed to Mizzou and decided to sit out his freshman year of college and decide what he wanted to do. He eventually went the JUCO route the following season before landing at USA.
