Yes, he's a baller. Completion % is a little misleading. He's had a ton of drops. His value isn't always shown on the stat sheet

Fair enough. I'd agree the Oline is probably the bigger issue there.
And to adjust my original comment, if I may. I wouldn't necessarily say he's regressed. But he certainly hasn't progressed the way you'd like him to.

He's just never gonna be an elite passer, but he keeps finding ways to win.

I agree, he does miss some throws. I feel like he makes up for it though. Just look at his scramble TD to end the first half yesterday

Through 5 games last year, Dobbs had
789 yards passing
6.2 yards per attempt
124 passer rating
5 passing TD
1 interception
250 yards rushing (most of that coming against UF)
3 rushing TD
Through 5 games in 2016
1,035 yards passing
7.9 yards per attempt
146 passer rating
13 passing TD (only 15 all of 2015)
6 interceptions
267 yards rushing
5 rushing TD
