Kneejerk reactions are worthless. Those exact same people were singing a different tune 2 weeks ago. People are idiots.

UGA was Outprepared and Outplayed.
SC OL controlled the line of scrimmage...Coach Sean Elliot is the man as OL Coach.

You realize the game was a missed field goal from being in overtime, right?
Don't over-exaggerate your win.
Enjoy it, but act like you've been there.
Oh wait... nev

Dog fans pulling for Auburn? USC Goes 6-0 in the east, UGA represents with one loss (to Auburn).

Have to think that USC is back in the driver's seat for the East again now. This may be the most unbalanced the East/West has been in long time.

To the OP,
I didn't think we had a chance. Place was electric though and we somehow managed to do enough to win. There were some serious running backs on that field last night.
Spurrier is now 16-5 all-time against UGA. He passes Shug Jordan for the coach with the most wins against UGA.

Spurrier's had their number for 25 years now. They should be thankful he left UF.

I watched as much of this game until I had to get inside for UF-UK....but looking at boxscore one thing jumps out at me...contrary to usual stats, UGA held almost 100 yd advantage in rushing yds which meant they should have won...but the reason they didn't? Turnovers.
I had no doubt that USC would win which I predicted some time ago after A&M debackle and its because of homefield and backs to the wall mode for USC...the OBC is still the sly fox and he hates UGA like the heat of a thousand suns.

You can't say that it would for sure have gone to overtime. There was a minute plus on the clock when yall missed that FG.
Eta: I'm not surprised that you are butthurt. Go cry more.

You ready for the Panthers game? The MSB should be a good time today, especially if the Saints lose again.

Elliott is da man. People don't realize that Spurrier was pretty average at SC before Elliott got there. He has made all the difference. That line was dominant.

The Dawgs had their chances to grab a win here and our defense provided that opportunity despite what some of you want to believe and say.
This was nothing more than a tough loss to a very good team in their front yard, but it's far from the end of the world.
Dawgs will be a force in action this year!

I agree that Elliott has made a world of difference.
If they promote from within, he's the only choice, IMO.

Congrats to USC. Y'all's team showed an incredible amount of heart and the O Line looked head and shoulders ahead of where it was the first week of the season. A healthy Mike Davis makes a big difference and if Lorenzo Ward can give that defense a pulse I wouldn't be surprised to see USC with 10 wins this year representing the East in the SEC Championship game. I wish the Dawgs could have capitalized on the couple errors y'all gave us, but we didn't and all of the credit for that game should go to the OBC and y'all's players. Don't let us complaining about the refs take anything away from how y'all played and fought back after the A&M game. Congrats and hopefully y'all can lose a game or two coming in and we can slide into the SECCG through the back door once again.

That's not necessarily true either. We would've got the ball back with time. We even drove down to the 50 on that drive and then tried to grind clock for 2 minutes. We most likely would've at least got in FG range and still won.
