I will be taking 5 year old, Caleb Nyberg, to the US Army All American game in San Antonio this January. Caleb has been battling Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia since he was 3 years old. I have made arrangements for him and his family to have a meet in greet with the players and tickets for the game, however, they may have to come up a few days early for and I am trying to curve as much of the financial burden for them as possible. I am raising funds to help pay for hotel, gas, food, and would like to put together a bowl "prize pack" for Caleb and his brother that consist of helmets, jerseys with their name, and footballs to get signed when they meet the players. The more funds that are raised the bigger and better I can make that prize pack. Any leftover funds will be donated to the treatment facility Caleb is being treated at. (Children's Blood and Cancer Center of Central Texas in Austin)

ever considered Angel flight? It's non profit and pilots of private planes will fly a kid or whoever with Cancer or whatever medical needs to where they need to go. It's usually for Hospital visits, but they do include charitable trips as well. I bet they might consider your case. My dad gives Angel flights all the time out of memphis for kids going to St. Jude. I know San Antonio isn't too far from Austin, but just thought I would throw that out

You are doing a wonderful thing for a kid that has been through so much and I wish him the best and to have a great time on his visit

hey memphis, thanks for that reference. i'll be doing things like this at least once a year most likely, so that could come in handy should i come across a kid who isnt in as close proximity as Caleb is to San Antonio
