Not really, I just enjoy pointing out hypocrisy. Maybe I'm wrong for enjoying that but I get a kick out of it. I didn't say all Auburn fans were saying this. A few Auburn fans on ITAT called others out but it was a strong sentiment on some Auburn message boards.

You're going on a tangent for no reason. Look I could go pick the first comment about the updyke story from msnbc.com and say "see they're all jackasses" but that's pointless.

Its the internet, hipocricy is a given. Don't be shocked when you see it.

also, and this is in no way to take away from the magnitude and how horrible the tornados were, but an auburn fan wasn't responsible for that. IF there was a fan claming that you guys were attention whores then that person is way too engulfed by football...but i wouldn't give a second thought to anything said about it.

I'm really suprised that some of my so called brethren would back this piece of shite and call for a light sentence.

I don't "back" him. I'm calling for fair charges and fair sentencing without regard for the hatred we all have for this man.

I agree 100% with this - fine aand probation will cover it.

the sooner it gets done - the sooner we won't have to hear about it anymore.

all bringing it up over and over again is giving him the attention he obviously desired - the best that can be done is to ignore it and let it fade away.

I'd like to add community service. That motherfricker should have to drive to Auburn and clean up toilet paper after every Auburn victory.

His uniform should be a burnt orange vest and this:

Might have to order that trunk in a small, however.

Gotta be at least a thousand hours of community service. The fricker is unemployed...not like he's got much going on in his life anyways.

I find it really funny that the ESPN headline about this says "alleged tree poisoner apologizes to Auburn"

At this point, isn't he a bit more than the alleged tree poisoner since he's been found guilty?? I mean come on espn, at least try

Amen to that.

Personally, I'm not sure Updyke does the deed if there isn't a show like Finebaum's to call in and brag about it.
