Aside from more arcade type games such as RBI Baseball, MLB the Show is the only baseball game currently.

Allow users to select body types, skin tone, hair color/style etc. It's not like we need super detail of what a player looks like with his helmet off and let the player build each member of the team the way you would if you were choosing and designing what your rpg character will look like.
On pc, make it moddable and you'll have details you didn't even know your favorite player had available for download. Hell make it moddable and I'll figure out a way to write a mod where playing at Neyland gives UGA players -5 disability across all normal stats so as to make our grass true to rival fan complaints.

Just make all teams editable/both players and colors and logos which we would just import and allow creation of conferences.

I posted this on the gaming board and it was taken down within like 5-10 minutes. It doesn't matter but I was just curious why. Any ideas?

Love EA sports college football. I used to dominate people in that game. Everybody you play in that game played it like it was Madden and just dropped back and passed every down.
I figured out how to intercept the shite out of them using dime and nickel zone packages and then I'd turn around and run the ball down their throats while they screamed at me for cheating because they couldn't run the ball at all and kept getting picked off.
Many controllers were thrown and reset buttons mashed in the 3rd quarter. Good times........

Bro same here lol. I would run and run and run and no one could stop me. Every once in awhile I would mix a corner route in and they'll be wide open for about 25 yards. I've been playing for about 15 years so I've gotten almost unbeatable now. I remember my senior year of high school a dude started saying he could beat me and stuff so we brought an Xbox to school and played and I beat him by like 30 points in front of the whole class he got so mad and I thought he was about to fight

Yup! When they'd stack the box after getting pounded on the ground I'd throw out of running formations using play action with a TE drag route over the middle behind their backers. That's when they got REALLY pissed!

I never worried about recruiting. I just simulated it and then played the games.

I sure hope so. NCAA might be the most kickass game ever. In fact, I'm typing this as I have a game paused right now!
Madden's okay, but it's always been 1/2 the game that NCAA is in terms of being interesting. Madden allows for almost zero customization. You can't create a team, edit the other team's uniforms, or anything. In NCAA, I can literally edit anything I want to. In Madden, I have to listen to Jim Nantz and Phil Simms give unemotional commentary and watch a horrendous whip and nae nae from OBJ every time I open the game. While they can get a little repetitive, Brad Nessler and Kirk Herbstreit will never bore me to sleep like Nantz and Simms do. NCAA also lets you build an entire roster through recruiting and take a team like UTSA to the national championship.
All in all, NCAA Football picked the worst damn year to quit their games. They had just missed Xbox One, Next Gen, CFB Playoff, etc. If they would've cancelled it maybe just a year later, I wouldn't be as worked up. Regardless, I still love that game. It's the only reason I still have my 360.

Yeah I would be at least content with the game for awhile if they had made a game with the playoff but noooooo. They had to stop it the year before....

Why don't they just make the rosters completely random and then add a roster edit and roster share option. Everyone would have real rosters within a month of the release

I've been saying that all along. It's a very easy fix. I think EA and 2K are just scared to take a chance and lose money on it.

If this game is a real thing that is actually happening, it's bound to be right around 37 billion steps down from the EA version.
