The best thing is that there is some potential bad weather near the end of the game. So instead of starting like an hour earlier we're gonna make sure that there is at least the opportunity for weather. I guess this is what you get when a team with no experience hosts a super. The start time is probably completely on the NCAA, but damn.

Why is vandy not potentially playing a double header today? Seems dumb to push it back till Tuesday if needed.

Dumb planning has pretty much been the norm in this super. We won't need a game 3, though, all good.

Before this even starts out I'd just like to note that the Illini's best pitcher is a reliever (despite being a projected starter) and their best hitter bats 7th or 8th. Praise God for Tim Corbin.
