Bama, UGA and Clemson!

They have to rank among the hardest schedules this fall.

If we win 10 games with that schedule Muschamp deserves coach of the year

When one of your gimme games is an App State team that has a legit shot of finishing in the top 25 based off how they played last year... its going to be a tough season. 10 wins with that schedule and its one of the best seasons I've ever seen from a team.

Really? So you think a team that has yet to beat A&M since joining the SEC will do it against A&M's 2nd best SEC roster? That's a no. I don't have any clue about the rest of their schedule, but I do not think they beat A&M.

Yeah I bet you also thought LSU was going to beat A&M last year because A&M hadn’t beaten them since joining eh

yeah I did think that. And it took us 7 OT and some shady calls to do it. I do not think A&M marches into BR and beats them in there place.

The difference here is that both A&M and LSU recruit at similar levels and have a similar commitment to their football program's success. South Carolina is not in that conversation and not like the other two. I expect 2TD wins over USCe every year and it's disappointing when it's not.

Then honestly, you're probably a living-through-your-program narcissistic assclown who is a real loser irl.

You're going to have to learn to live with a lot of disappointment in your life.

You are the stereotypical big belt buckle little peen Texan .... and I'm half Texan so I know what they look like.

Nobody is afraid of A&M. You’ve won against our worst teams. Congrats

UNC - W

Charleston Southern - W

Alabama - L

Missouri - L

Kentucky - W

Georgia - L

Florida - L

Tennessee - W

Vandy - W

App State - W

Texas A&M - L

Clemson - L

6-6 or 7-5 would be my guess. The Kentucky or Tennessee won't be easy wins. A&M may be battered and bruised by the time they get to you for a W.

More likely they will beat UF and Tennessee then shite themselves against Vandy.

We haven’t lost to Vandy in over a decade. Interesting take.

SC vs UF will be good. Both coming off tough games. SC vs @GA & UF vs @LSU.

Muschamp vs Mullen.

Will watch.

There is no doubt that we have the toughest schedule in the country this year. It's not the first time. It's happened plenty of times before even before we joined the SEC back when we were Independent playing Georgia, FSU, Michigan, Southern Cal, Nebraska, et al, during their heydays.

You take it one game at a time during seasons like this and endeavor to improve each week and hope you've finally recruited some depth, and some on the field leaders step forward.

It's a good opportunity for us. We'll always have some mealy mouth fans who poo poo everything ... but the fans don't play the games. The fans live vicariously through these kids and coaches and if the kids and coaches give them reasons to get behind them then that's how momentum builds and special things happen.

Coaches and players are warriors. Fans are hangers-on and don't really matter in the overall scheme of things except those of us that offer emotional and financial support through thick and thin. We're the glue.

This season will build character, one way or the other.

mUSChamp has assembled a solid staff. He has also recruited well (and continues to do so in an amazing way). I personally, imho, believe we have finally found our guy. He's building something special.

This season .... eight wins would be an accomplishment. 10 wins should win him coach of the year. Nine wins including a win in a good bowl would be a major accomplishment.

There isn't a gimme on the schedule except for maybe Charlston Southern and even they have a helluva RB named Terrance Wilson who my son played ball with who had offers from everyone, just not the grades. That kid was breaking records on the varsity team as a freshman in HS. He's a winner.

So every game will present its own particular challenge. How this staff and this team approaches each game, week to week, is up to them. We fans are just along for the ride.

I remember some seasons that turned out special. We've had So Cal, Georgia, Michigan, Clemson, Notre Dame, FSU on schedules and were heavy preseason underdogs to all of them ... and we beat them. We've pulled upsets against teams so many times I've lost count. We're Fighting Damn Gamecocks.

It's all about building momentum and gaining confidence so at the risk of sounding cliche once again I'll just hope that we take it one game at a time and anything can happen.

8-5 or 9-4 would be a good season. 10 wins would be great. I just hope one of the wins is over the sheep humping sister banging redneck taterheads. Ruining their season would be icing on the cupcake and it would knock them out of the playoffs happening that late in the season. We've got them at our place.

PS: I do believe we will go 1-2 vs Bama, UGA and the taterheads. Which one goes down is debatable but one of them is going down and, IF we take out Bama early it could be two. I believe UGA at Athens will be tough to win. All depends but that one will be really tough. In all honesty UGA fans should be pulling for SC to do their bidding and take out both Bama and Clemson.
