For awhile I was wondering why they were getting so excited about beating cupcakes to start the season... then I realized their football team couldn’t even do that. I guess you gotta enjoy the excitement when you can!

Not sure I'd be bragging about this as VOLS are undefeated against #1 opponents this year iirc.

They went through a phase like this with basketball last year and the year prior. The minimal success they have in their other sports is the only thing keeping them alive while their football program is in the toilet.
