I'm dyslexic but you need reading comprehension. In post you quoted I said that the stopped the original NOA process durning the reopened investigation and there would be no reply till the updated NOA. Completely unlike what ED is making up that they are going forward with the first NOA while still investigating.

Till we see what is in the Saunders stuff I don't know. I'm putting a lot on the no Failure to Monitor per ESPN, no LIOC per Bjork and not repeat offenders as a good thing. We will find out more when the NOA comes out.
