USC has a better roster top to bottom.
Plus, Downey and Frederick are pretty solid. So is Archie.

I'd say their rosters are very comparable. The difference is coaching. It's not a 20-point difference in talent. They shouldn't have swept UK this year. Billy Clyde is in over his head.
