I've fricked both of my shoulders in the past so I use a ssb. Eliminates any shoulder issues and I'm not going to compete so I don't need to worry about specifically barbell squats. Does seem to hit it more like a high bar squat and I need to focus to not lean forward, but I love being able to use it.

Bought mine from Elite FTS because it was Made in USA

That's because LSU has struggled to be relevant in basketball for most of the posters on this board's lifetime. Dale retired 30 years ago and we stunk at the end of his tenure (SEC records of 4-12 in 95-96 and 3-13 in 96-97).

We went to the Tournament a ton in the 80s, the first 4 years of the 90s, and then stunk until Brady really showed us what street ball was, and he's been gone 18 fricking years!
