I would expect everyone not named Gunner to leave. Stetson would probably stay to brush up on coaching.

I mean, I get it, but they were alums when he flipped to Georgia from SC.

And, knowing the poster he was trolling. He doesn't like Georgia at all and takes shots whenever possible.
Had you said it, I would have thought it curious but would have let it pass giving you the benefit of the doubt. You've earned it, Jville hasn't.

Just saw the comment came from Weagle, who isn't as bad as Jville towards Georgia, but....

He did improve some this year but was still inconsistent. I guess we’ll see what he does at Oregon.
He was reclassified as a 3* for the portal

Bennett, Daniels and Vandagriff all have eligibility correct? Who else is on the roster or in the pipeline?

Carson Beck high 4*, this is his soph season. And incoming (already early enrollee) is 5* Gunner Stockton.

It's anticipated this room will shrink significantly on Jan 11.

You could be right, but that would be foolish, with injuries, etc. Vandegriff would be next man up, probably, and that has paid off for Fromm and Bennett.

FTR, we have heard some scuttlebutt that Vandegriff has developed a case of the yip in practice. Accuracy issues, I think?

It can probably be worked out and I think he will be a great QB. I kind of lean to keeping the way things are and letting them work themselves out. We'll see.

If that’s the case he will fit in nicely at Auburn

3* based on what he has done at Auburn....but I still blame Gus. (Maybe I am as stubborn as Gus is? )

Like you said. We'll see what he does at Oregon. That was a good choice if he can win the job, though.

That's what one particular insider says, this insider is pretty spot on, but he's also an insider that said Stetson was a band-aid and there was a 100% chance JT would be our QB by the Florida game. So there's that. I still trust him, but he's not infallible.

Typically stuff like that is a mechanical issue and can be worked through. I hope that is the case. We'll see.

I wish we would bring in a QB coach of some kind. Somebody to help develop our QBs.

Well, Auburn does have the rep for paying players. Even before it was legal.

And Georgia never paid anybody

Herschel got his trans am from Clemson.

AJ sold his bowl jersey on ebay to a "runner" unaffilitated with UGA

Gurley got his autograph money from a Florida fan.

Show me where UGA is paying players.

Well it's settled then

If an Auburn fan is insinuating that UGA is paying players, that would be the ultimate in a pot calling a kettle black.

I just said UGA never paid a single player once.

Everyone else was paying players but UGA was not. They are holier than thou legitimately. UGA is just such a great place that they can recruit on the same level as everyone else whose paying players.

I have no doubt we have just like everybody else. But we have never been on probation for paying players, or (as far as I know) under investigation for paying players.

I mean I wasn't going to bring it up. And I usually don't until an Auburn fan tries to insinuate that Georgia is trying something shady.

I don't go after Auburn, or any other team, but I certainly don't run and hide if somebody wants to go after us. We all have stuff that we are not proud of.

Well I’m not laughing at you then. My point was it was just a lazy excuse y’all used to use.

False.

Never accused UGA of anything. Just reminiscing on old UGA recruiting loss excuses that were hilarious to me.

I mean, I get it. But isn't that exactly what Aubun fans have been saying? Most recently George pickens?

I go to y'alls board for recruiting information because we recruit a lot of the same players. I have seen more than one AU poster say "I know for a fact that Georgia paid......"

I honestly don't remember who I saw, because it really doesn't matter.

All I am saying is none of our programs are lilly white. In fact, I doubt any program in the country is lilly white.

Crap. Football is the one sport everybody is almost encouraged by coaches etc to cheat.
How many times have you see receivers hold a ball up like they made a catch and they knew good and well the ball hit the ground? It is pretty much a part of the game.

Or coaches along the sideline try to "help" the referees by signaling a receiver was out of bounds knowing he was not?

The key is don't get caught.

Insinuations, though? And did you not see your own fan base in those memories?

I have no beef with you, and we can go back and forth, but it wouldn't get anything done.

Why don't we just agree that neither school is white and the driven snow and leave it at that?

I'll even let you have the last word and won't respond to your next post.
