Actually, and everyone including many dawg fans will admit this, SCAR is the better basketball team ... especially better coached basketball team.
Were this not the third straight night in a row - that game would not have even been close. SCAR would'uv blown the dawgs outta the arena.
But congrats Dawgs. Y'all earned your seeding, you got the win tonight. I wish you well in the big dance.

Something don't jive here. Either you have the better coach and your players suck, or you have the better players and your coaching sucks.
Because if you are really the better team, you were just punked by 11 points by an inferior team that just happened to be ranked 8 slots higher than you in the conference and will be invited to the NCAA tourney while your superior basketball team sits at home - watching.
So either your coaching is horrendous or your coaching is great but your players have the collective heart of a hamster.
Or maybe ... Georgia is just better than you in basketball this year.
Just something to think about.

Just so I understand....let’s use UNC and Duke as an example. Hypothetically speaking, both teams make a run through the NCAA Tourney and meet up for the Natty. UNC gets revenge and beats Duke. Does that mean Duke is still the better team because they won both games during the regular season?
I’m confused by this logic. In the case of UGA/SCAR, one team is going to the NCAA while another is once again going home. There are circumstances in every situation, but the fact is UGA won. Hang your 2 out of 3 banner elsewhere.

Our team lacks quality depth. When any one of our starters are out, we can lose to even a crappy team like SC.
