I would direct them to look at the preseason prediction thread where the actual VOLS fans have predicted ~9-3 this season.

We could easily lose to UF in a place that we haven’t won in 20 years
We can easily lose at Bama, a team that has beaten us 15 out of the last 16 times
We can easily lose to UGA, who has beaten us by double digits 7 years in a row
Hell we could even lose to South Carolina again. Or TAMU. It’s college fricking football, have you been paying attention the last few decades?

Most of us are like this. I’ll never forget the last 15 years. It makes me appreciate the highs so much more. But I’ll always be ready for the lows.

Bama is likely going to be starting a wildcat QB and their team culture is getting weaker every season. That game is in Tuscaloosa though so that's our most dangerous test by far.
UGA losing monken and Stetson is a huge deal actually and we get them at home. I have no doubts we win that game.
Aggies are a huge question mark but we get them at home abd they are garbage unser Jimbo until proven otherwise.
SC .... that's another home game for us and I'm calling it now we are going to run through them worst than they did us last year. Like i said, we are much better than we showed in that game last year and it was on the road as well.
On paper we should have one loss at most if we play up to our potential this year.
