There are a lot of international women there. Like a metric frick ton of them. They have probably the best Hospitality & Tourism Management program in the world and a lot of their students come from around the world for that program, get their degrees and leave the country. They have no desire to send funds back to their alma mater when they may never step foot in the US again, much less on campus.

UCF is a commuter school...if you can walk and breathe you can enroll there....same with USF (which I attended briefly and stayed for the womenz 
used to have nickle beer night in the Rathskeller and drunk womenz make good friends and they usually wanted their g/fs involved,) Also had deep friendships with coed students from UCF.

I've been to UCF campus about 3 times and it is a rather large campus. It is just as big or bigger than some Sec school campuses that I have seen firsthand.

A giant school like that sounds like hell. I guess that's just me.
It's different for large schools like Texas A&M and Ohio State, which have the resources and money to accommodate such a large student body.
