A lot of haters in this thread. He has been training with PP. That doesn't mean they have been bench pressing 225 pounds. He's probably been working on technique and footwork. Bench doesn't mean shite, he has plenty of film to prove it.

Pushing is done through the legs and hips, not with your arms/chest. When is the last time someone stood perfectly still, erect (ie: no knee bend), and pushed using only his arms in the NFL? Never...and thats all that the BP tests when it comes to "pushing".

The Bench Press at the Combine is a very poor test of "strength". I guess you could say that it tests work ethic to some regard, but for the most part it really is a piss-poor indicator of anything.
