I wish the UGA posters took the criminal complaints as seriously as they do going after anyone that talks about them.

1) They do and they did. That is SPECIFICALLY how they detailed every false statement the AJC printed. They investigated the matter until they got to the facts. I'm guessing you didn't read the Letter and like the reporter, you have no allegiance to truth nor integrity. There's no other explanation for your willfully false narrative.

2).They didn't go after him unless you call demanding a retraction of the lies he reported "going after him." All this other crap falling out of his closet is being exposed by media outlets, not the UGA. Again, I don't expect you to let truth get in the way of your agenda.

Cmon dude. This isn’t message board banter. This is a very public and high profile accusation of a university of mass coverup and supporting criminal activity.

Rooster, the winning formula for someone willing to do it, is a concept I guess described as "Statewide & Global"

i.e.,....skip the GD national level diversion bullshite completely and only focus on local/state level stories in whichever state/locality a local staff of their writers would be in, and then the global staff would contribute the real news around the world, not what the AP/BBC/MSM, but instead what good independent journalists on the ground know and see. Obviously anti-military industrial complex

again, skip the national scene altogether, like how many times Dr Fauchi wiped his arse yesterday, the fight for which lapdog "journalists" best cover up Hunter Biden's daily crap, and who's eating Brittney Spears diseased pussy this week

Local stories and global stories. That's all. Same paper. Local football scores and city council meetings in one section, exposing world tyrants in the other section

Just to clarify for some of yall who don't know-

Judd isn't on the UGA beat, he doesn't write on the sports page. He's AJC's investigative reporter. He picked UGA as his next target. The UGA beat writers at the AJC aren't on Judd's "team". This Judd bullshite isn't on the sports page. It's front page expose` stuff. He's an arrogant kvnt seeking a Pulitzer before he dies soon.

AJC sports writer:

Made up information and got canned in Louisville.

He recorded over tapes that disputed his quotes and brought them in with just background noise previous job.

He purposely kept 5 years of employment off his profile to not be uncovered.

He blamed it on “rough period in his life”.

Multiple people (outside of UGA’s detailed legal response) already confirmed he lied and/or twisted interviews.

One first hand person already claiming he is full of shite re: UGA article:

quote:

quotes. “The article claimed Mr. Gantt asked a Morgan County Traffic Clerk ‘to send the ticket to indicate LeCroy was driving only 14 mph over the speed limit,’” Raeber wrote. “When I emailed the Clerk to ask if this report was accurate, she responded in writing, ‘That's very inaccurate,’ saying she was very upset by Mr. Judd's ‘false accusations.’

Another also said AJC writer twisted the context:

quote:

In an unsolicited email to Mr. Gantt after the story ran, the former Deputy Solicitor stated that 'all my direct quotes were taken completely out of context and used in a tone negative to you and the Athletic Association,'” Raeber wrote. “This was not at all the tone of my conversation with the reporter."

I wish the University of Tennessee di:
Major Title IX Lawsuit Says University of Tennessee Is “Indifferent” to Athletes’ Alleged Rapes

University Of Tennessee Settles Rape Lawsuit For $2.48 Million

(Reuters) - Six women have filed a federal lawsuit accusing the University of Tennessee of allowing gender discrimination that led to sexual assaults by athletes and, afterward, lenient treatment for the perpetrators.

Peyton Manning's darker past: Why a Tennessee sexual assault scandal has resurfaced

"As his career winds down, we're left to grapple with the reality that there is credible evidence that Peyton and the Manning family knowingly, willingly, wantonly ruined the good name and career of Dr. Jamie Naughright, a respected scholar, speaker, professor, and trainer of some of the best athletes in the world," King writes, later offering a synopsis that minces no words:

— Page 5: Years before the Manning incident, Dr. Naughright faced sexism in the University of Tennessee athletic department — sexism that included her being bestowed the nickname "c— bumper" by another trainer, alluding to perceived lesbianism among the school's female basketball players and women in the sports department. Naughright was the first female associate trainer in the school's history.

— Pages 14/15: The document details the incident that occurred on Feb. 29, 1996. Dr. Naughright was evaluating Manning, then a sophomore coming off a Citrus Bowl victory against Ohio State. According to the document, Manning "intentionally and in order to disrespect Dr. Naughright, placed his 'naked butt and rectum' on her face."
Dr. Naughright said she pushed Manning away, only to be met by a look of "anger in his eyes." Manning, she said, smirked and laughed after she called him an arse.

— Page 15: The alleged cover-up begins. Mike Rollo — once the originator of the "c— bumper" nickname — helped Manning concoct an alternate story, according to the document. That story: That he had mooned fellow athlete Malcolm Saxon and Dr. Naughright was an accidental bystander. Manning would recount this version of events in his book and to investigators.

And it goes on and on. Read it here:
SN

Tennesssee has a long and storied history of covering up rape and sexual assaults committed by their athletes.

But then again if the university took the same hardline stance against the behavior that generated double digit criminal complaints that it took against the AJC they likely wouldn’t have all this bad press.

Ironic, huh, Smokey?

Just stop replying to “Smokey” or whatever alter that is.

So strange how people enjoy pretending to be multiple people and tossing out lies to get attention.

In one post, and three sentences, you have managed to:

1. Start with a "holier than thou" complex.
2. Play the victim card for a former barner.
3. Support a false hit-piece while proposing a wild accusation against a rival with no evidence or source.

This is the most Auburn/little brother post I have ever seen.

The irony here is that Judd is complaining about them ruining his life over something he did years ago, but doesn't see that he's doing the same thing to people now, but with less truth in his writing than those reporting on him.

His whole career needs scrubbing. You don’t lie when you’re 28, get busted, hide your forced resignation then just stop for 35 years, then start again to try to frick UGA. How many lives has this guy ruined?
