What office does he go to in order to get his reputation back? Typically cases are only brought when there is a pattern. The dude looked at Porn, but inadvertently had three pictures that started an investigation.

I don't quite understand why he was arrested.
Did he share a picture that was baited by the Fed or something?
Police dont often search my belongings for no reason...
So this person found a picture online and merely shared it?

I hate Florida but if he's telling the truth, what's right is right and shame on Billy for throwing him off the team on baseless shitty allegations.
It's kind of hard to keep someone on the team who has been banned from campus.
I think you could have just stopped after your first 3 words and we get the gist.

JJ Holloman. Never charged.
UGAPD also questioned Holloman about the incident. He admitted to hitting the victim during an argument.
“Jeremiah (Holloman) was rubbing his face in his hands and then looked up and said ‘Yeah, after she started hitting me, I hit her back,’” Investigator Will Graham reported. “Jeremiah (Holloman) said the scratches or whatever was on her neck happened during sex.”
Holloman described hitting the victim as “a quick jab” with his right hand.
The victim wished to not pursue the case criminally, according to the report. The report was forwarded to the UGA Student Conduct office and the Office of Equal Opportunity.
I mean, he admitted he hit her.
You can argue she hit him first or whatever, but in this day and time you can't strike back at a woman. Especially when you are much bigger and stronger than she is.
I have very little doubt that Florida fans were criticizing UGA for having such a "thug" on the team in the first place, and now you are insinuating we should have kept him?

Florida names booster as judge in Title IX case against football players
A woman…will skip her Title IX hearing after a former Gators athlete and current booster was chosen to hear the case.
The man at the center of the case is Jake Schickel, a Jacksonville attorney and Florida law grad. Schickel is a former trustee of UF’s law school, a former track and field athlete, and a booster that contributes at least $6,800 annually to the Gators’ football and basketball programs.

Do you realize how many times I've posted there/their/they're? Have quoted others for using it incorrectly? Congratulations on finding the one and only incorrect usage by me.

The investigation began in June with a tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children into images of child pornography being shared on the social media platform Discord. The investigation led authorities to Kitna.
One of the images shared by Kitna was of a prepubescent girl being sexually abused by a man. The phrase "so young junior" was written on that picture, and another of a pubescent girl. Kitna told a detective he thought the pictures were legal because he found them online.
When police searched Kitna's phone, they found three more images of two nude pubescent girls in the shower, according to the report. Those three images were saved to his cellphone last December, police said. The report did not estimate the ages of the girls.

He admitted to hitting her, once, in self defense.
It was your fellow UGA fan who started off by criticizing Napier for kicking Kitna off the team.

I don't blame Napier for kicking him off, but if he is 100% cleared it will still be bad optics. The whole innocent until guilty thing. BUT, I get it. What he was accused of was pretty bad, and he undoubtedly had pictures on his phone. Ftr, I think he knew exactly what he was doing and Napier did the exact right thing.
However, you seem to be indicating that if Napier got criticized for doing what was right, then it is ok for you to do the exact same thing?

Uh? It was a UGA poster who threw Napier under the bus for kicking him off the team. Weird how you won't respond to him but keep strawmanning me.

I never responded to you until you commented to me, first.
And, you obviously have a problem with comprehension, because I said that I thought Napier did the right thing. I thought it strange that the very thing you criticized him for was exactly what you were doing. Hypocrite much?
Get a grip, Metro.

My bad, you're right. It was to show you what he did. You were right that he was never charged. The girl declined, but when he admitted to hitting her that was all it took.
You still want to stand by your sentiment that Kirby did the wrong thing by kicking him off the team?
