Yeah, it's gonna be tough. To have a shot, it'll take 2 losses from Notre Dame and a power 5 champ plus an undefeated SEC champ and 1-loss west runner up.

What is Notre Dame's bowl record over the past 20 years? 4-11 Most over-rated football program in history.
ND almost always gets into a bigger/better bowl game than they should, thus the terrible bowl record.
I do think the committee will do the best they can to not have 2 teams from the same conference in the playoff.
