Here's what I've got so far, I've gotta get ready for class so I'll do more work on it later.
I need ideas for what else to throw in there, else I'll start working on that abomination that is my work on that shopping cart.
ETA: I do plan on adding a meth pipe, just going to do that last, since it might take a while due to similar background colors.

can you make it so it looks like items are in the cart? like have the gold cart caging in front?

I edited to add I'm planning on adding a meth pipe. I also already had a banjo picture, I just forgot to add it in. 
I mentioned the cart work, it'll take a while and I don't have time for it at the moment, but I'll get to it after I finish classes.
I'll get that Clinton picture from a few pages back to add in there.
