Arian Foster and Jamaal Lewis are the two best running backs to ever come out of the SEC.

Hope the link gets through. Obviously biased as an AU fan, but if you are looking for the best RB to ever come out of the SEC, it is this guy. Herschel could have been there too, if he had gone to the NFL. Emmitt has to be number 2, given what he accomplished over his career. You youngsters will never really understand what it was like to watch Bo and Herschel run the ball.
always heard great things about Bo but was too young to really know anything. go and watch His ESPN documentary and you'll see why he was better than any RB to come out of UT. I mean geez, he was so powerful he ripped his own hip out of place.

The NFL is a totally different league now.
Every team passes almost every play, running is done as a decoy almost.
The days of Jim Brown, Walter Peyton, Barry Sanders, and Emmitt Smith are gone.

Yes, Bo was great no doubt. I've always thought though that had he concentrated only on baseball, he'd be in the HOF today. I think that his combination of speed and power is unmatched in baseball and had he concentrated on baseball he could have unleashed his full potential there. Maybe the best athlete to come out of SEC ever.
