Transfer rules. How would they apply to the current situation?

Can the NCAA stop it from happening to protect universities?

A school has to have room to take in transfers. If a college team still has room to take in scholarship athletes at this point the coach of that team should probably be fired.

Classes have started for most. It’s not like a kid just enters the portal and shows up on another campus the next day. First a program has to have ships available. Most do not right now. Secondly, applications, transcripts, acceptance etc still has to occur and registration has already started for Fall. It would be nearly impossible and no way at this late in the game the NCAA would allow Scholly limit increases and blanket immediate eligibility.
